EVOLUS – Evolux Rewards Pilot Activation

NuBella Med Spa | Irvine, California

As part of Evolux Rewards, Evolus partnered with 6th Ave Group to develop and execute the first pilot 90 Day Sprint designed to test a scalable patient engagement framework for aesthetic practices.

Rather than hosting a traditional med spa event, the objective was to create an elevated, experience-driven activation that increased patient loyalty, helped drive sales, and generated authentic social content, all while positioning Evolus as a brand invested in helping practices grow beyond the treatment room.

OUR ROLE:

  • Developed the event strategy as part of the Evolux Rewards pilot program

  • Produced the complete event experience from concept through execution

  • Worked directly with the Evolus corporate marketing team and local territory representative

  • Created the event theme, guest journey, and activation strategy - made sure this wasn't just an event but something that actually drove revenue

  • Managed guest invitations, RSVPs, and waitlist communications

  • Coordinated vendors, creative partners, rentals, and branded merchandise

  • Produced custom signage, gifting, and branded event elements

  • Managed day-of production and logistics

  • Directed professional photography and video production

The Activation

The NuBella Social Club welcomed more than 60 guests for an exclusive evening celebrating community, aesthetics, and patient appreciation.

The event combined premium hospitality, curated gifting, educational moments, and highly shareable experiences to create a memorable activation that extended far beyond a single evening. Designed as the first implementation of the Evolux Rewards event framework, the activation demonstrated how strategic in-person experiences can become a powerful driver of patient retention, sales, referrals, and brand loyalty.

KILOH + CO - Detroit Lions Wives & Girlfriends VIP Brunch

An exclusive VIP Brunch hosted by our client Kiloh & Co.  for the Detroit Lions Wives & Girlfriends. The brunch brought together 50 women for an exclusive Game Day for the Girls moment that they’ll be talking about for months to come. 

OUR ROLE:

  • 50 VIP guests (Detroit Lions Wives & Girlfriends)

  • Full brunch + mimosa bar secured through trade

  • Interactive event activations

  • Curated gifts and swag bags for every attendee

  • Secured trades and collaborations to cover venue, food, beverage, activations, and gifting

SKN MEDICAL SPA - Facial Event

A curated client acquisition event designed to attract new clients through a mini Diamond Glow facial experience. Guests booked in pairs, with at least one friend required to be a new client making it a creative way to drive growth while offering a fun, social skincare experience.

OUR ROLE:

  • Conceptualized the event structure around client growth strategy

  • Secured and managed trades + collaborations for activations

  • Coordinated full event-day experience and vendor support

  • Oversaw content creation (photo, video, and social media strategy)

  • Advised SKN to offer free gifts in exchange for Google reviews and Instagram story tags, boosting digital visibility and engagement

STRYKER x PELOTON

Curated a special event for our client, Nurse.com, with Peloton Studios NYC and Stryker. This event was a sponsored ride exclusively for nurses, blending wellness, recognition, and brand engagement. This unique giveback ride highlighted Stryker’s commitment to healthcare workers while delivering an unforgettable experience in a premium setting.

VIRGIN VOYAGES x NURSE.COM - Nurses Week Cruise

Leveraged 6th Ave Group’s relationship with Virgin Voyages to give our client, Nurse.com, the ability to celebrate Nurses Week in style, offering 30 nurses an epic, cruise experience at an accessible price point.

  • Negotiated and coordinated partnership with Virgin Voyages

  • Organized all trip details and group management for 30+ attendees

  • Produced onboard activations to engage nurses and highlight Nurse.com’s brand

  • Managed all event communications pre-, during, and post-cruise

KILOH + CO - Kick Off Event

Fall fashion show launch event in Detroit celebrating Kiloh + Co.’s new seasonal merch with 175+ attendees, activations, brand partners and sponsors..

BEAM LASER STUDIO

Beam Laser Studio already runs impactful events and has strong internal systems in place. 6th Ave Group partners with their team to maximize visibility, strengthen community ties, and attract their ideal clients through social strategy, grassroots marketing, and creative campaigns.

  • Assist with social media ideation, campaigns, and filming

NIIMBUS - Influencer Event

A two-day gathering of top brand leaders and agency executives to troubleshoot, brainstorm, and shape the future of the influencer marketing industry.

OUR ROLE:

  • Served as the official media team, capturing professional photography, video, and social content

  • Produced content that amplified Niimbus’ reach beyond the event and showcased the caliber of attendees and conversations

  • Strategized ways for the Niimbus team to utilize all digital assets for future event sponsorship procurement and event promotion.

KILOH + CO x COOL MOMS CLUB - Night Out Event

Supported Kiloh + Co.’s launch party in partnership with Cool Moms Club, bringing together both communities for a high-energy, sold-out event. 6th Ave Group secured the venue and catering through trade, coordinated sponsorships and swag bags, and ensured the event ran seamlessly at full capacity.

AT&T FIRSTNET

Created a custom brand experience for our client, Nurse.com, for one of our sponsors, AT&T FirstNet to celebrate and give back to nurses, one of their most important audiences. The hospital-based event featured hands-on activations, including custom hat-making, snacks, and sponsor-driven touchpoints designed to make nurses feel appreciated and supported.
